Job Summary: We are seeking a Personnel Assistant to support personnel administration, track onboarding processes, handle documentary procedures, and coordinate activities in mining and construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in personnel administration for projects 2. Coordination with suppliers for personnel onboarding 3. Management of personnel documentation and records Our organization, San Martin Contractors in the Mining and Construction sector, is looking for outstanding professionals to join our team. We are currently recruiting for: Personnel Assistant REQUIREMENTS: Technical diploma or degree in Administration, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (HR, personnel administration, or site administration). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Availability to work on-site. RESPONSIBILITIES: Input information into systems under supervision of direct supervisor. Support tracking and monitoring of candidate and/or new employee onboarding processes to ensure timely onboarding. Assist in delivering documentation to project employees and handling documentary procedures. Coordinate with suppliers and/or third-party companies to schedule necessary onboarding activities (licenses, medical examinations, inductions, trainings). Support recording of project employees' daily time logs (tareo). Archive assigned physical and virtual records in an orderly manner with up-to-date information. Register personnel information in company and client systems, as required.
