Opportunities for professional growth and development Introduction We are looking for a Plant Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting all assigned press, lining, and mold assembly operations related to production, ensuring timely and high-quality fulfillment of customer orders while complying with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System requirements. Your Responsibilities Support press operations for loading and unloading rubber linings. Support lining operations through equipment laminating. Support mold assembly operations. Complete your daily Personal Work Control Sheet for supervisor approval. Maintain your work area clean and organized. Read and understand all instructions provided in Operation Forms. Perform operations in the press, lining, and mold assembly areas following applicable work instructions. • Comply with procedures, work instructions, and management system documents, including ISO 9001 (current implemented version). Who We Are Looking For Individuals with completed secondary education. Two (2) years of work experience performing duties in industrial plants. **Desirable:** Blueprint reading, hazard identification, risk assessment and control (IPER), inspections, hazardous chemical materials (MATPEL), high-risk work, Lockout, Operational Risk Analysis (ARO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), emergency response, 5S methodology.
