Job Summary: Leads and organizes teams, supervises production results, analyzes data, manages materials, and ensures compliance with quality systems in agro-industry. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis and reporting for effective decision-making **What will you do?** * Lead and organize the team to achieve daily objectives. * Supervise and control production results for each line, equipment, and process. * Analyze data and prepare shift-based reports to enable rapid and effective decision-making. * Manage material requirements and ensure smooth production flow. * Ensure compliance with quality systems and good manufacturing practices. **What are we looking for in you?** * Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in agro-industry, mills, or food sector (mandatory). * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts in Bellavista \- Callao. **What do we offer?** * Full payroll registration * Bi-weekly payments Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in the frozen agro-industrial sector?
