Job Summary: We are seeking a Project General Services Supervisor to coordinate, implement, and supervise services in mining and construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance. Budget control and management reporting Our organization, San Martin Contractors in the Mining and Construction sector, is looking for outstanding professionals to join our team. We are currently seeking: Project General Services Supervisor REQUIREMENTS: University graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hotel Management, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in general services management for projects (mining, construction, or related sectors). Intermediate-level office software skills. Experience in supplier supervision and facilities management (camps, catering, transportation, etc.). Willingness to work on-site at project locations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate camp setup and implementation at the start of the project. Plan and implement facilities services (accommodation, catering, transportation, cleaning, etc.). Supervise contracted services to ensure quality and compliance with contractual terms. Execute, monitor, and validate monthly service valuations. Coordinate and supervise infrastructure maintenance at the project site (installations, furniture, basic utilities, etc.). Identify deviations in general services and propose/implement corrective actions. Monitor the budget and prepare reports with key performance indicators for general services management.
