Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to control, coordinate, and ensure compliance with product quality standards, perform structural analyses, and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. At ZGROUP, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of QUALITY ASSISTANT. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate (Bachelor’s degree) in: Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. * Intermediate proficiency in structural analysis software. * Preferred: Postgraduate diploma in structural engineering. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Diploma with quality emphasis. * Other Skills: Proactivity, autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset within work. What challenges will you face? * Knowledge of quantity surveying and experience with certified metal joints and welding. * Monitor, manage, and coordinate compliance with the company’s established product quality standards and specifications, based on local and international regulations. * Review, analyze, communicate, and develop the work plan to address errors identified during production inspections. * Track reported defects and follow up with responsible departments to implement corrective actions with suppliers or within the production process. * Provide final approval or rejection of finished products based on quality evaluation. * Perform structural analyses and assess product strength and stability at the end of the production line and/or final assembly stage. * Evaluate, analyze, and apply structural design procedures and criteria to assigned projects under direct supervisor’s guidance. * Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other construction professionals. * Supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to design drawings and specifications. * Resolve structural issues and propose innovative solutions.
