Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Business Administration, or related fields. 8 years of experience in intangible sales. 2 years of experience leading teams. Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management. Valid driver's license. Availability to work in Ventanilla. Salary: PEN 3500 + PEN 1500 KPI-compliance bonus + PEN 4000 commission cap. Responsibilities: Manage assigned sales teams and sales activities for designated locations. Keep the assigned sales team trained and motivated. Conduct ongoing monitoring of the sales team to ensure KPI compliance. Ensure proper operation of offices under management.
