If you communicate effectively, can identify customer needs, and have experience **converting prospects into sales**, this opportunity may be right for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Contact and follow up with prospects interested in our courses. * Provide information about programs, pricing, and delivery modalities. * Identify prospect needs and recommend the most suitable program. * Address inquiries and **handle commercial objections**. * Follow up with prospects until enrollment is finalized. * **Close sales and meet established sales targets.** * Record and update prospect management activities. * Maintain active communication with prospects throughout the sales process. **Requirements** * **3 years of experience** in sales, sales closing, telesales, or other commercial roles. * Proven experience in **prospect follow-up and sales closing**. * Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. * Proactivity, accountability, and results orientation. * Ability to handle objections and close commercial opportunities. * Experience in **selling educational services, courses, or intangible products** is preferred. * Proficiency in **Excel**. * Completed secondary education. **What We Offer?** Base salary: S/ 1,300 (variable for part-time positions) Commissions: S/ 300 to S/ 600 Bonuses for meeting targets Potential monthly income: S/ 1,600 or more, depending on target achievement. **Work Conditions** * **Modality:** In-person * **Location:** Lince, Lima * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, **11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.** * **Break:** 1-hour lunch break Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
