We are currently undergoing expansion, and therefore seek qualified talent matching the profile for the Senior Procurement Analyst position to join our outstanding team. What Are We Looking for in Our Senior Procurement Analyst? Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and 1 year as a Senior Procurement Analyst. Intermediate-level MS Office Suite proficiency. Basic English proficiency. Basic Power BI proficiency. Basic SAP B1 proficiency. Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Managing procurement or contracting of materials, services, spare parts, and supplies based on requirements and company needs. Reviewing quotations and commercial terms for material and/or service purchases, aligned with company policies. Proposing alternatives to end users if required items are unavailable. Updating the daily procurement register and verifying requirement closure in the system. Sourcing reliable suppliers according to company needs, aiming to optimize delivery lead times and costs. Routing supplier invoices and purchase orders to the responsible department to ensure timely payment processing. Managing returns and claims for defective components or supplies with suppliers to guarantee adherence to agreed manufacturing timelines. Generating expense reports per dispatched budget upon request from the commercial department. Managing supplier advance payments and petty cash administration for the logistics department (for urgent or minimal purchases). Preparing management reports and KPIs enabling rapid, dynamic visualization and updating of information. Ensuring on-time delivery of materials and services. Performing other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Conducting semi-annual evaluations and reporting on critical suppliers based on company-defined parameters. What Do We Offer at BUDGE?
