We are currently expanding and therefore seeking qualified talent for the Senior Procurement Analyst position to join our outstanding team. What Are We Looking for in Our Senior Procurement Analyst? Bachelor's degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and 1 year as a Senior Procurement Analyst. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic English proficiency. Basic Power BI skills. Basic SAP B1 knowledge. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Managing procurement or contracting of materials, services, spare parts, and supplies based on requirements and company needs. Reviewing quotations and commercial terms for purchasing materials and/or services, in accordance with company policies. Proposing alternatives to end users when required items are unavailable. Updating daily purchase records and verifying requirement closures in the system. Identifying reliable suppliers aligned with company needs to optimize delivery times and costs. Routing supplier invoices and purchase orders to the responsible department to ensure timely payment processing. Managing returns and claims for defective components or supplies with suppliers to guarantee agreed manufacturing timelines. Generating expense reports per dispatched budget upon request from the commercial department. Managing advance payments to suppliers and administering petty cash for the logistics department (for minimal or urgent purchases). Preparing management reports and performance indicators enabling rapid and dynamic visualization and updating of information. Ensuring adherence to material and service delivery timelines. Performing other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor. Conducting semi-annual evaluations and reporting on critical suppliers according to company-defined parameters.
