Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Accountant to execute and supervise inventories, prepare fishery statistics, and monitor fixed asset movements in a fishing company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute and supervise general warehouse and finished goods inventories. 2. Prepare fishery statistics and validate movements of fishmeal and fish oil. 3. Monitor fixed asset movements and report to accountants. A fishing company is seeking a **Site Accountant** with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * 3 years of experience in this position. * Reside in areas adjacent to the workplace or be willing to relocate. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Intermediate-level SAP (FI, CO). * Knowledge of tax regulations and administration. * Familiarity with the fishing industry. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and supervise general warehouse and plant finished goods inventories according to management instructions. * Execute and supervise general warehouse and plant finished goods inventories according to management instructions. * Prepare fishery statistics and validate the summary of fishmeal and fish oil movements; submit the information to the cost accountant. * Issue payment vouchers for CHI sales transactions (fishmeal, fish oil, petroleum, materials, scrap, etc.). * Coordinate with the Human Resources department on payroll-related matters (provisions, adjustments, reclassifications, etc.). * Monitor fixed asset movements (additions, transfers, disposals) and report to the Fixed Asset Accountant and General Accountant. * Review and record petty cash documentation, advances to be settled, and reimbursements. * Analyze accounting accounts and cost centers for each site.
