Our omnichannel sales platform combines innovation, design, and usability to create experiences that make a difference. **The Role** We seek a Post-Sales and Support Advisor who will be the voice and backbone of our customers. You will serve as the bridge between users and our platform, ensuring every experience is agile, clear, and satisfying. If you are passionate about problem-solving, effective communication, and working with technology, this opportunity is for you! **What You’ll Do:** * Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels * Provide quick and effective solutions from the first point of contact * Guide customers through configuration and usage of our platform (App and Web) * Conduct online customer training sessions via webinars * Manage incidents and follow-ups using tools such as MS Teams, Meta Business Suite, GitHub, and Excel **What We’re Looking For:** * Technical or university education (in progress or completed) * Minimum **1 year of experience** in customer service, telephone support, or digital support * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency * Basic knowledge of Cash Flow * Assertive communication, strong writing skills, and strong customer orientation * Proactive, organized individual with the ability to resolve issues under pressure **What We Offer:** * Base salary: **S/ 1,500.00** \+ all statutory benefits * Formal payroll registration from day one (General Regime) * Schedule: 6 days per week with 1 rotating day off * Rotating shifts: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * On-site work in **San Isidro** Salary: S/.1,450.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
