Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Draftsperson with experience in AutoCAD 2D, detail-oriented, to draft and update architectural drawings, signage and evacuation plans, with availability for fieldwork. Availability for fieldwork and occasional travel. **Consulting Firm GIAR SAC** is seeking a **Technical Draftsperson (CAD)** to join our technical team. We seek a detail-oriented candidate with strong AutoCAD skills and willingness to perform fieldwork. **Requirements** * Graduate in Architecture, or Technical Diploma from SENATI, IDAT, CIBERTEC, or other institutions in Technical Drawing or related fields (**mandatory**) * 1–2 years of experience in drafting or updating architectural drawings * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D at intermediate\-advanced level (mandatory)** * Ability to read and interpret architectural, signage, and evacuation drawings * Availability for **fieldwork in Lima** and occasional travel * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office at intermediate\-advanced level** **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of regulations (RNE, ITSE, and Sanitation) * Valid driver's license (not mandatory) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct field visits for property surveying and verification * Draft and update drawings in AutoCAD 2D * Develop drawings for: * Architecture * Signage and evacuation * Digitize drawings according to municipal requirements * Support assembly and review of documentation files * Maintain organized drawing archives * Report progress to the project supervisor **Benefits:** * Work modality: Hybrid (field and office – San Isidro), on-site. * Working hours: Monday to Friday / 8:30 am – 7:00 pm * Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting from the third month. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work location: Regular travel required
