Requirements Technical or university graduate in Systems, Computing, Informatics, Networking, or related fields. 1 year of experience providing first-level (L1) technical support. Knowledge of incident handling, equipment configuration, operating systems, and support tools. Availability to work in a hybrid mode. Availability to perform on-site N2 functions when required by service needs. Main Responsibilities Handle and resolve first-level user incidents and requests. Register, categorize, and track tickets. Provide remote and on-site support to end users. Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate level. Perform basic validations and functionality tests on equipment and applications. Comply with established procedures and service-level agreements. Conditions Work Mode: Hybrid. Location: Surco. Workweek: 48 hours per week. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. 1 rest day.
