Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to oversee product receipt, storage, and dispatch; record movements; and ensure up-to-date control of property records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Therefore, we are seeking top talent for the following position: Warehouse Assistant – Ventanilla – Callao · WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT: REQUIREMENTS: Technical, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Six (06) months of experience in similar roles within industrial or service companies. Knowledge of warehouse management. Knowledge of and experience using ERP systems. Familiarity with interpreting Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management Systems. Knowledge of Industrial Safety. Valid Class A-I driver’s license. Basic Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel. Basic English · RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer and supervise the receipt, storage, and dispatch of purchased products, as well as finished goods or spare parts, as applicable. Record incoming, outgoing, and transfer movements of products and other materials in the company’s computerized system. Maintain updated control of customer and supplier material property. Inspect purchased products to verify that quantities match those requested or indicated on the delivery note, and confirm that required documentation—such as quality certificates, MSDS sheets, user manuals, etc.—is present. Generate and maintain control of issued delivery notes and other area-specific documentation. Support the receipt, storage, and dispatch of purchased products (raw materials, supplies, spare parts, etc.), as well as finished goods or spare parts, as applicable. Calculate minimum stock levels for raw materials, supplies, PPE, and other necessary items, and monitor their availability. · Thank you for your interest in being part of this change.
