What Are We Looking for in Our Machining Warehouse Assistant? If your profile aligns with the following, you are one step closer to joining this experience: Graduate or degree holder in Industrial Administration. Minimum 6 months of experience in metal-mechanical or industrial companies. Intermediate Excel Basic SAP B1 Availability to work on-site on a rotating shift from Monday to Saturday. Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include: Managing stock control and recording tool entries and exits in the machining warehouse. Controlling and registering tools in individual inventories of machining area personnel. Registering damaged tools from the machining warehouse and from individual personnel inventories in the machining area. Taking photographic records of parts during their machining process. Providing weekly work schedules to machining area personnel. Providing daily production forms to machining area staff for recording completed activities. Controlling and registering the distribution of daily production forms. Replenishing, requisitioning, and tracking purchases requested by the machining warehouse and personal inventories.
