




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting intern to assist with attendance control, contract verification, payroll calculation, and database management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in monitoring and recording staff attendance. 2. Verify and file staff contracts, addenda, and personnel files. 3. Assist in calculating and reviewing payroll sheets. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in university or technical institute studies. * Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in monitoring and recording staff attendance. * Verify and file staff contracts, addenda, and personnel files. * Assist in calculating and reviewing payroll sheets. * Record payroll provisions and social benefits. * Maintain an up-to-date database. * Assist in delivering documents to staff. * Coordinate payroll-related information with the Accounting Department. * Perform other related duties assigned by the Accounting and HR departments.
