Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages social benefits and HR procedures 2. Supports Social Welfare events 3. Guides employees on topics of interest A prominent publishing company is seeking an HR Assistant with knowledge in Human Resources. \- Calculates social benefits according to law (payroll, overtime, bonuses, CTS, severance payments). \- Registers and deregisters employees in the T\-register; handles all procedures on the Essalud platform, Viva\-essalud, or possesses knowledge to process Medical Leaves or Subsidies via email. \- Conducts MINTRA surveys. \- Renews employment contracts. \- Distributes payroll slips to staff. \- Supports internal and external Social Welfare events (preventive \- promotional, recreational \- educational, etc.) involving participation from both family and work environments. \- Guides employees on topics of interest: EPS, ESSALUD, latency, among others. **Requirements:** * Final-year student, graduate, or Bachelor’s degree holder in Administration or Accounting. * One year of experience in similar roles. * Proficient user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office. **Benefits:** Join a growing company.
