Integration into a positive work environment We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant, either a graduate or bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, to join our team. The primary role will be to support documentation management related to human talent, as well as other administrative tasks within the area. Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Support labor contract control. * Management of employee personnel files. * Support attendance control, vacation management, and contract renewals. * Tracking of labor documents (e.g., medical examinations). * Support activities related to work environment and employee well-being. * Perform general administrative tasks for the Human Talent Department. Requirements * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields. * Basic knowledge of personnel management. * Basic-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
