We seek a creative, proactive individual with strong visual judgment, capable of transforming ideas into engaging, high-impact digital content. Main Responsibilities * Video editing for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and advertising content. * Creation of social media and brand content. * Development of ideas, hooks, and scripts with viral, commercial, and visual focus. * Content recording in offices, outdoors, and on-location. * Photo retouching and editing for digital content. * Adaptation of current social media trends and formats. * Audio editing, color grading, pacing, and storytelling. * Use of AI tools applied to content creation, optimization, and automation. * Ongoing organization and production of audiovisual content. Requirements * Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere (mandatory). * Knowledge of AI tools for content editing and creation. * Strong visual judgment, creativity, and attention to detail. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of professional mobile or camera recording. * Basic knowledge of photo editing and retouching. * Speed, organization, and ability to meet deadlines. * Proactivity and capacity to independently execute ideas. * Prior experience creating content for brands, social media, or digital campaigns is desirable.
