Requirements: * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Industrial Refrigeration, or related fields. * Certification as a Boiler Operator. * Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in operation and maintenance of fire-tube and/or water-tube boilers. * Technical knowledge of: steam boilers, water treatment, cooling towers, and chillers. * Competencies: responsible, ability to work under pressure, teamwork, among others. * Must reside near the districts of Huachipa, Ate, San Juan de Lurigancho, Santa Anita, or Chosica. Responsibilities: * Operate and monitor boilers to ensure process continuity and safety. * Perform startup, shutdown, and operational adjustments. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. * Operate and supervise cooling towers and chillers. * Monitor and control water parameters and chemical dosing. * Report failures, deviations, and unsafe conditions. * Comply with safety procedures, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Ensure boiler and auxiliary services remain fully operational.
