Rights-based approach to work The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **COMMUNITY FACILITATOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Participate in the development and implementation of the project’s Annual Operational Plan (AOP). * Identify and address risk situations or conflicts among target groups. * Monitor the use of resources and materials, ensuring safe environments. * Promote violence- and discrimination-free spaces with a rights-based approach. * Organize and coordinate the activity schedule, ensuring timely execution. * Prepare progress reports for senior management. * Foster beneficiary participation in community projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience * Experience in gender, diversity, and human rights issues * Prior experience working with LGBTQI+ populations is desirable * Must be available to work in Cercado de Lima * Availability to work **Monday through Saturday** **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/2000.00 * Payroll registration from Day 1 * Career development path * Pleasant work environment Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
