Being part of an institution with values of innovation and commitment We are looking for an Education Assistant for our pre-university academy located in San Felipe – Comas. **Requirements:** \- Young students in their final cycles or graduates of Education or Institute Assistant programs. \- Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a tutor or assistant working with adolescent students. \- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **What is required?** \- Basic homework review, management of academic reports, and student performance tracking. \- Guidance for adolescent students and use of motivational tools. \- Communication with parents/guardians for student oversight. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Office (Word and Excel). \- Proficiency in social media and design platforms such as Canva. **Important Qualities:** \- Ability to manage and engage large groups. \- Excellent communication skills, authority, punctuality, and positive interaction with parents/guardians. **We Offer!** \- Learning opportunities. \- A dynamic and collaborative work environment. \- The opportunity to be part of an institution that promotes values of innovation, respect, and commitment to education.
