At Game Center S.A.C., we are looking for a professional to join our Human Resources team, with the objective of further strengthening our organizational culture and supporting the growth of our human talent within the exciting world of video games and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** · Design and implement recruitment and selection strategies for technical, creative, and administrative talent. · Coordinate training and professional development. · Develop and deliver workshops or talks focused on workplace climate. · Implement retention, recognition, and employee well-being strategies. · Advise team leaders on human resource management and organizational climate matters. · Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, inclusion, and creativity. · Maintain attendance records, entry/exit times, vacation days, and leave requests. · Record payroll-related updates: hires, terminations, overtime, leaves, etc. · Coordinate with accounting and/or external systems for salary preparation and payment. · Manage physical and digital personnel files (personnel dossiers, contracts, pay slips, etc.). · Support hiring, onboarding, and termination processes. · Monitor compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. · Address staff inquiries regarding pay slips, deductions, benefits, and other procedures. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preference given to candidates with experience in the technology and video game sectors). · Proficiency in recruitment, workplace climate, and performance management tools. · Basic knowledge of labor legislation and social benefits. · Proficiency in office software (Excel) and attendance or payroll systems. **Working Hours:** * **Workdays**: Monday to Saturday **Hours**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including one-hour lunch break) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): * Current WhatsApp number * Availability * Current district of residence Experience: * Human Resources: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
