Development of talent and organizational climate strategies Serprovisa, a company dedicated to the development and commercialization of global solutions in printing and graphic services, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator Intern: **Requirements**: * Student or graduate of technical programs in Human Resources Management, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of Labor Law No. 728. * Knowledge of payroll calculation. * Knowledge of personnel selection. * Knowledge of Occupational Health – SSOMA. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work in Huachipa–Lurigancho. **Responsibilities**: * Carry out recruitment and personnel selection processes. * Calculate payroll considering the payment schedule and legal requirements. * Calculate overtime payments. * Calculate severance payments and other social benefits. * Develop talent management strategies. * Develop organizational climate strategies. * Develop salary scales. * Manage and monitor company policies. * Implement social welfare programs. * Prepare reports requested by management. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
