(Mandatory and verifiable) * Experience in specialized care for children with autism and ADHD. (Mandatory and verifiable) * Verifiable experience delivering workshops or training sessions. (Mandatory and verifiable) * Interest and affinity for the Human Resources and organizational development field (Mandatory) * Residency in Metropolitan Lima.
