Support in executing digital campaigns and brand positioning At PROVEZA, we seek a **Marketing and Communications Assistant** who wishes to develop within a dynamic environment, actively participating in the execution of digital strategies and brand positioning. **Responsibilities:** * Create and manage social media content (IG, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) * Design graphic assets for campaigns and internal/external communications * Support the execution of digital campaigns * Schedule posts and manage the content calendar * Draft copy aligned with brand strategy * Monitor metrics and prepare basic reports * Coordinate with various departments for marketing initiatives **Requirements:** * Technical or university graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields * Knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends * Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe (basic/intermediate level) * Knowledge of digital marketing and copywriting * Prior experience preferred (not mandatory) * Organized, proactive, and creatively oriented profile **Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \| Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Compensation: S/ 1,130 to S/ 1,300 on payroll (subject to evaluation) * Work modality: In-person Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
