If you meet the requirements outlined below and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to meet you! **What Are We Looking For?** **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge and experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. * Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop (mandatory). * **Availability for on-site work in Los Olivos.** **Responsibilities:** * Create and schedule posts across various platforms. * Manage social media and develop effective marketing strategies. * Design and execute promotional campaigns, evaluating their impact and ROI. * Administer training platforms and manage user registrations. * Prepare monthly reports. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** * Creative and passionate about content creation. * Proactive, organized, and with excellent communication skills. * Empathetic and customer-oriented. * Willing to learn, listen, and contribute with a positive attitude. **WORK SCHEDULE:** **Monday to Friday, 8 AM–6 PM (1-hour lunch break)** **Saturdays, 8 AM–1 PM (two Saturdays per month)** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have availability for on-site work in Los Olivos? * Please indicate your salary expectations. * Please provide the number where we can contact you.
