Job Summary:
The Occupational Wellness and Health Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, minimizing risks, and promoting a healthy work environment.

**General Mission or Objective of the Position:**
The general objective of the **Occupational Wellness and Health Coordinator** is to ensure that the company complies with all workplace health and safety regulations, minimizes risks, and promotes a healthy and safe working environment.
**Responsibilities and Tasks:**
1\. Design and develop the annual occupational health plan and occupational health surveillance program in coordination with the occupational physician and SGI Coordinator.
2\. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of corporate social responsibility, wellness, and health programs, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance.
3\. Monitor occupational health surveillance indicators for workers.
4\. Promote awareness of the importance of health and well-being in the workplace through workshops, seminars, and other communication channels.
5\. Coordinate with healthcare and wellness service providers, such as physicians, nutritionists, psychologists, among others.
6\. Stay updated on occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
7\. Prepare monthly reports on the status of wellness and health programs and submit recommendations for improvements.
8\. Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding workplace health and wellness topics.
9\. Provide support in case of any medical incidents involving workers.
10\. Report absenteeism, medical leaves, and subsidy claims.
**Requirements:**
\- University degree or technical diploma in medicine or nursing.
\- Specialization in Occupational Health or related fields. (Preferred)
\- Solid knowledge of occupational health and safety policies and regulations, as well as workplace wellness programs.
\- Knowledge of First Aid, occupational health, occupational safety and health regulations, occupational medical examinations, and ergonomics. (Mandatory)
\- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational assistance roles, preferably in medium-sized companies in the mining, construction, or industrial sectors, or similar positions.
\- Experience in implementing and managing workplace wellness and occupational health programs.
\- Must demonstrate communication, teamwork, organization, planning, and stress management skills. (Mandatory)
\- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
\- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: S/.2,000.00 \- S/.3,500.00 per month
