Methods for diagnosing and evaluating organizational climate. Change management processes. Internal communication. **Specific responsibilities:** Support the analysis of organizational climate diagnostic results. Participate in proposing actions to strengthen organizational culture. (Birthday events, integration workshops, participation in team-building activities, support at job fairs). Collaborate in organizing activities to promote workplace well-being.
