We are currently seeking a psychology professional to join our integrated technical team comprising psychologists, social workers, educators, and nutritionists, whose work is oriented toward achieving the emotional well-being of our children.
The branch where this work will be carried out is located in the district of **Comas**. Working hours are **Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**
**Professional Profile:**
* Licensed Psychologist with active professional registration and licensure.
* Demonstrated work experience in family, child, adolescent, and/or vulnerable population interventions.
* Experience in psychological assessment of children and adolescents, as well as in drafting technically grounded psychological reports.
* Evidence of ongoing professional development in topics related to childhood, family, children's rights, and intervention with socially at-risk populations.
* Strong competence in behavior modification techniques.
* Experience working with neurodiverse populations.
* High sensitivity and social commitment.
* Organizational and leadership skills.
* Emotional stability, empathy, flexibility, high frustration tolerance, appropriate interpersonal relationships, assertive communication, teamwork abilities, and openness to new learning opportunities.
* Proficiency in motivational and communication techniques, as well as creativity for didactic group and individual work with children.
* Experience delivering training workshops for children and adults.
* Proficiency in using the Windows operating system at the user level.
**Specific Requirements:**
* Years of experience: 1 year.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct periodic psychological assessments and reports.
* Deliver workshops for residents.
* Conduct psychoeducational talks with PAP staff.
* Provide psychological support (not therapy) for more complex cases, according to resident conditions.
* Review minors' case files.
* Check the end-of-month birthday list and accompany celebrations.
* Develop and implement individualized intervention programs for children and adolescents (NNA).
* Monitor specific cases and provide improvement guidelines.
* Facilitate active break activities for staff.
* Produce a monthly bulletin board newspaper.
* Update the individual work plan (psychology area).
