Position Summary: Providing psychological support to children and adolescents to contribute to their holistic development within a safe and protective environment, including counseling for caregivers. International organization with social impact We are a social development organization present in 138 countries, working to promote and defend the rights of girls, boys, and adolescents—primarily their right to grow up in a family setting. **Mission:** Provide psychological support to girls, boys, and adolescents participating in family-like care services, contributing to their holistic development by fostering a safe and protective environment. **Key Responsibilities and Challenges: * Deliver psychological support to girls, boys, and adolescents participating in family-like care services to support their mental health and overall well-being. * Counsel and accompany caregivers in addressing the individual needs of each girl, boy, or adolescent under their care. * Implement actions ensuring proper application of the Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy across program services and projects (applies to staff members serving on the Local Child and Youth Safeguarding Team). * Carry out administrative tasks corresponding to the position. * Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor. **Our Ideal Candidate:** * Degree in Psychology with current professional registration. * Diplomas, courses, or equivalent training related to child care policy. * Diplomas, courses, or equivalent training related to psychotherapeutic interventions (desirable). * Minimum two years’ experience in family intervention, work with children, adolescents, and/or vulnerable populations. * Knowledge of the legal framework governing children’s rights, care, and protection, as well as family protection. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **What We Offer:** * Represent an international organization dedicated to children’s welfare. * **Formal employment contract effective from the first day of work.** * Ongoing training opportunities * **Internal benefits specific to our organization (e.g., birthday leave, corporate discounts at educational institutions, among others).** **Personal Data Protection and Rights-Based Approach**.
