We adopt an inclusive approach, promote gender equality, and adhere to our Code of Ethics". **Position Title: Project Professional\-Psychologist** Number of Vacancies: (01\) **Mission:** Provide support across various activities implemented under the Yachay Qoyllur 2 project, including coordination with Health Establishments (EE.SS) and Community Mental Health Centers (CSMC), supervision and accompaniment of Community Health Agents (ACS) during home visits, and linkage of identified children at risk of ASD to CSMC. **Requirements:** · Licensed and registered professional in Psychology. · Minimum one year of experience in community mental health projects or primary healthcare. · Experience or knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Preferably experience in nonprofit organizations and fieldwork. (Desirable) · Experience in community psychosocial intervention. · Current MINSA regulations related to mental health and care for children with ASD. · Microsoft Office \- basic level; database management skills. · Availability to work in Northern Lima. **Responsibilities:** · Conduct on-site accompaniment and supervision of Community Health Agents (ACS) during home visits across the three Community Mental Health Centers (CSMC) in Carabayllo. · Maintain ongoing coordination with CSMC staff to monitor project activities. · Regularly convene ACS to strengthen their capacities and address concerns arising during child care and linkage processes. · Prepare follow-up reports on field activities and monthly progress reports. · Promptly report incidents and identified needs observed during home visits to the project coordinator. · Support supervision of sessions conducted by ACS. · Assist in preparing reports on home visits, transportation allowances, training, and other project-related activities. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of the role. **Conditions** **Payroll Registration** **Statutory Benefits** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM **Work Modality:** 100% in-person “In case of applicants with disabilities, please attach the certificate issued by the relevant institutions, as stipulated in Article 76° of Law No. 29973, the General Law for Persons with Disabilities.” Workplace: In-person employment
