We focus on rapid and efficient coverage of operational staff across various locations in Lima. **Main Responsibilities** * Posting job vacancies on platforms such as Indeed, social media, and job boards. * Mass recruitment of operational staff (e.g., cleaning operators, general service personnel). * Resume screening and initial candidate evaluation. * Telephone and in-person interviews. * Coordination of onboarding and applicant follow-up. * Management of recruitment databases and reporting. * Achievement of coverage targets within established timelines. **Requirements** * Studies in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (ongoing or incomplete). * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong communication and persuasion skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals. **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary. * Timely payments. * Career growth path within the Human Resources department. **Schedule: Monday to Friday \+ Saturday half-day.** Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
