Minimum 6 months’ experience in Recruitment and Selection (not mandatory!). Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of labor legislation (not mandatory!). Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Location in the Bellavista district. Proactivity, Dynamism, Assertive Communication, Organized/Planned. Willingness to learn and develop. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and Selection:** Posting job openings on job boards and social media. Evaluating and classifying CVs according to position requirements. Screening at least 50 CVs per week. Contacting candidates and coordinating interviews. Conducting telephone and in-person interviews. Ongoing follow-up with candidates. Organizing applicant documentation. Supporting job fairs and distributing flyers at strategic locations.
