




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the full cycle of recruitment, selection, and personnel administration while maintaining confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Post job openings on job boards and social media. * Screen resumes according to the required profile. * Coordinate interviews (telephone, virtual, and in-person). * Conduct preliminary interviews and basic verifications. * Request, receive, and validate applicants’ documentation. * Provide support during onboarding (file compilation, contract signing coordination, induction, etc.). * Prepare comparative charts and reports on selection processes. * Maintain an updated candidate database. * Assist with administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the company’s internal policies, regulations, and procedures. * Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information. Requirements: * Graduate or final-year student in Psychology or Human Resources. * Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment and selection (preferred). * Experience conducting interviews and utilizing recruitment sources. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong written communication skills. * Immediate availability.
