




Job Summary: Responsible for talent attraction, professional development through training, and onboarding management, aiming to secure top talent and foster employee growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Talent Attraction and Selection 2. Organizational Training and Development 3. Strategic Onboarding Ensure the attraction of top talent and guarantee employees’ professional growth through training programs designed to close critical competency gaps. **End-to-End Talent Attraction and Selection** * Profile Definition: Advise functional leaders in defining role profiles. * Sourcing and Hunting: Conduct proactive searches on LinkedIn and specialized job portals; manage relationships with headhunters for managerial or niche positions. * Psychometric Assessment: Administer projective and psychometric tests, and conduct competency-based interviews to ensure cultural fit with the organization’s new principles. * Offer Management: Prepare and present the Offer Letter (OL), ensuring an impeccable candidate experience up to contract signing. **Organizational Training and Development** * Training Delivery: Execute the Development Plan and Leadership Program. * Needs Identification: Identify learning gaps through performance analysis and meetings with department heads. * Instructional Design: Develop and curate content for internal courses (e-learning and in-person) to foster a corporate customer-service mindset. * Platform Management: Implement and administer the new Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content remains dynamic and high-impact. **Strategic Onboarding** * Enablement: Coordinate onboarding logistics (tools, system access) jointly with the Administration and BDO teams. * Cultural Immersion: Lead orientation sessions to help new hires connect with the company’s purpose and 2026 milestones from Day One. **Minimum Requirements** **Tech Skills** * People Analytics: Ability to extract and analyze turnover data, selection effectiveness metrics, and training ROI to support decision-making. * ATS Proficiency: Experience managing recruitment software to automate candidate workflows. * Growth Methodologies: Knowledge of performance evaluation frameworks (e.g., 9-Box, OKRs) and career path planning. **Soft Skills** * Owner Mentality: Proactive in proposing solutions without waiting for detailed instructions; takes ownership of processes. * Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and propose structural improvements to talent attraction practices. * Change Resilience: Emotional strength to lead recruitment and development initiatives amid organizational restructuring. * Effective Communication: Strong public speaking skills for delivering workshops, and persuasive ability to negotiate with leaders. **Experience:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in similar roles, preferably within retail or pharmaceutical companies.
