Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Criminal/Civil Attorney to develop legal strategies, draft legal documents, and participate in hearings and procedural acts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design defense strategies and evidentiary plans 2. Participate in all stages of criminal proceedings 3. Negotiation skills to reach favorable agreements The ANTEZANA Law Firm urgently requires a licensed and bar-registered Criminal/Civil Attorney who is responsible, motivated to work, and eager to gain experience to perform the following duties: **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bar-registered \- Licensed in Civil Law, Criminal Law, or related fields. \- Minimum of 3 years (or more) of professional experience as an Attorney. \- Experience in litigation, attending procedural acts, preliminary hearing sessions, and oral trials, among other related activities. (MANDATORY) \- Drafting of legal documents (complaints, precautionary motions, appeal filings, etc.) in the fields of Criminal Law and/or Civil Law. \- Strong negotiation skills to reach beneficial agreements for clients. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Draft legal documents in the aforementioned areas (Civil Law, Criminal Law, or related fields) \- Maintain daily contact with clients to update them on their cases and perform other tasks necessary for carrying out assigned duties. \- Review case documents and identify specific charges brought against the client. \- Design a tailored defense strategy and evidentiary plan to be implemented throughout the criminal proceedings. \- Attend scheduled procedural acts and hearings. \- Respond to criminal/civil legal inquiries. \- Participate in all stages of criminal proceedings—from preliminary investigation through instruction, intermediate phase, and up to oral trial. \- Willingness to travel, when required. \- Develop optimal legal strategies for case progression. \- Salary: To be discussed \- Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Sat: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM CONTACT US AND SEND YOUR CV TO 923320869 (WHATSAPP ONLY) OR TO Email: legalesantezana@gmail.com Don’t hesitate!
