Job Summary: Efficiently and safely transports laundry garments, coordinates services, and guarantees quality and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the efficient and safe transportation of garments. 2. Assists in operational and administrative support of services. 3. Ensures the documentation process for goods entry/exit. * **Service Assistant Profile** **Job Mission** Perform activities related to efficiently and safely transporting laundry garments according to operational needs and established timelines, providing additional service support when required, and complying with traffic regulations. **Job Responsibilities** - Responsible for managing vehicle maintenance and fuel control. - Responsible for monitoring SOAT expiration dates and technical vehicle inspections. - Responsible for assuming all penalties and/or fines incurred during operations. - Submission of petty cash reports related to vehicle usage. - Drive the assigned unit carrying garments, materials, and other items. - Load and unload garments, materials, and other items. - Select and validate garments. - Personalize garments (bagging, sizing, coding, and scenting). - Coordinate with the laundry operator regarding all service deliveries to ensure quality and delivery timelines. - Ensure the documentation process for goods entry/exit (delivery note), both from and to clients. - Inventory and report all garments received from clients according to established procedures. - Register garment custody in the system weekly for undelivered garments to maintain information control. - Actively collaborate in all aspects related to operational and administrative support required in service processes and client attention. - Inform clients at the end of service about custody status of undelivered garments. **Role Competencies** - Ability to drive light and heavy vehicles, holding an AI license. - Capacity to handle routine work. - Ability to make decisions ensuring control over methods, people, or situations. - Ability to resolve basic mechanical vehicle issues. Minimum Desired Professional Profile - AI driver’s license - Educational level - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions - Prior experience in dispatch duties - Interaction with external and internal clients - No police or criminal records Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
