We are currently seeking Field Sales Representatives for the Traditional Channel. Requirements: \- Minimum 6 months of experience as a salesperson, promoter, field executive, or route manager. \- Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods and/or beverages (not mandatory). \- Strong sales attitude, dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, results-driven mindset, and high motivation. \- Commercial, entrepreneurial, and analytical profile focused on objectives. \- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. \- Proactive approach and business-oriented vision. \- Prior sales experience. \- Proficiency in closing sales. Responsibilities: \- Conduct field visits to assigned points of sale along designated routes. \- Submit daily reports on sales, coverage, and any other requested information. \- Present the product portfolio adhering strictly to service protocols. \- Accurately record order-related information. \- Address and resolve customer complaints, objections, and returns. \- Gather and report market intelligence (e.g., competitor activity, promotions, pricing, surveys). \- Execute commercial operations within the traditional channel, ensuring achievement of sales targets and market share growth. \- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper distribution and restocking at traditional points of sale. \- Identify potential new points of sale for inclusion in the customer database.
