Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our café team. Main responsibilities: * Assist in food, beverage, and mise en place preparation. * Keep the kitchen, equipment, and surfaces clean and organized. * Receive, store, and rotate supplies according to café standards. * Assist in assembling simple dishes, sandwiches, desserts, or other menu items. * Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. * Coordinate with the kitchen and customer service teams for smooth operations. Requirements: * Responsibility, punctuality, and positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Prior kitchen experience (desirable, not essential). * Basic knowledge of food handling (a plus).
