Manage your current client portfolio, aiming to increase client engagement and profitability through customized commercial actions, such as planned and structured visits. 2. Expand your portfolio by acquiring potential clients, adhering to the Bank's defined criteria. 3. Retain within your personalized portfolio clients, Legal Entities (SMEs), and Business Individuals located within your area of influence. 4. Manage assigned target segments within the area of influence of your branch. 5. Conduct direct, personal management with actual and potential clients in your area. 6. Plan and carry out portfolio management, proposal development and presentation, overdue account management, as well as registration and organization of the corresponding client database and files, keeping them updated with high-quality documentation/information. 7. Plan your commercial activities—supported by available tools—in coordination with the Branch Manager, enabling efficient management of your assigned client portfolio and acquisition of potential clients. 8. Maintain constant coordination with the Branch Manager regarding external management activities. 9. Proactively manage each client (current or potential) through planned and structured visits to identify their needs, anticipate proposals, and/or advise on solution alternatives. 10. Implement commercial actions within your segments—whether centrally designed or self-initiated—within your assigned branch’s area of influence, aiming to increase the number of clients and generate new business through previously planned visits under the Environmental Kit coverage scheme. 11. Provide comprehensive client service, maintaining an ongoing commitment to service quality and incorporating clients into alternative channels. 12. Deliver comprehensive service, including certain contracting, front-office, and operational tasks (including those related to digitalization and migration). 13. Base your actions on the objectives and activities outlined in the Personal Management Plan, prepared monthly by the Branch Manager. 14. Maintain continuous awareness of the status, evolution, quality, and opportunities of your assigned portfolio, using available tools. 15. Having quantitative and qualitative knowledge of each client in your portfolio is vital for appropriate management; therefore, updating client information is continuous and prioritized in every interaction. 16. Continuously monitor the active risk of your portfolio clients, acting preventively upon risk alerts and proactively addressing potential deterioration in portfolio risk quality, supported by relevant tools. 17. Continuously manage overdue risk for your portfolio clients to plan and execute necessary recovery actions. 18. Adequately track the Personal Management Plan (PPG) regarding assigned objectives and activities, implementing required corrective actions and adjustments in coordination with the Branch Manager. 19. Attend meetings scheduled by the Branch Manager, actively participating to achieve set goals and foster internal synergies among the branch’s management team. 20.
