Opportunities for professional growth and development **BUSINESS ADVISOR – FINANCIAL SECTOR** **Location:** San Isidro – Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are currently seeking a **Business Advisor** for one of our clients in the financial sector. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy advising clients, and wish to develop your career in the mortgage lending business, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and acquire new clients. * Advise clients on mortgage loan products. * Manage and follow up on the client portfolio. * Review documentation for credit evaluation. * Accompany the client throughout the entire process until disbursement. * Achieve established sales targets. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (completed, ongoing, or incomplete). * Minimum **6 months of experience** in sales or customer service. * Prior experience in banking, finance companies, municipal savings banks, real estate agencies, or mortgage-sector enterprises is desirable. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems is desirable. **We Offer** * Formal employment under the **MYPE payroll system**, including all statutory benefits. * Commissions based on achievement of targets. * Ongoing training. * Excellent working environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
