Our motto, "Make IT Personal," along with our values—Service, Learning, and Passion—guides everything we do. **About the role:** We are currently looking to add a **General Accountant** to our team, responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial information, guaranteeing compliance with current regulations, and providing analysis that supports strategic decision-making. **What do you need?** * Degree holder – **Licensed in Accounting** * Specialization in Finance or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in accounting and finance.** * Preferably experience working with **IT service companies or related sectors.** * In-depth knowledge of Peruvian tax and accounting regulations. * Experience using financial accounting software **(Defontana is essential).** * Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities. **What will be your responsibilities?** **Accounting and Financial Management:** * Supervise and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Maintain up-to-date accounting and tax records for the company. **Financial Planning and Analysis:** * Develop budgets and monitor their execution. * Analyze financial results and prepare reports for management. * Perform short- and long-term financial forecasting. **Compliance and Auditing:** * Ensure compliance with Peruvian tax and accounting regulations. * Coordinate and manage internal and external audits. * Prepare tax filings and ensure timely submission. **Resource Optimization:** * Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting and financial processes. * Implement strategies for resource optimization and cost reduction. **Financial Advisory:** * Provide financial advice to management and other departments. * Evaluate and advise on investments and financing opportunities. * Analyze and mitigate financial risks. **Payroll Preparation and Control:** * Manage the complete payroll process for employees, ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations (CTS, AFP, EsSalud, withholdings, bonuses, profit sharing, vacations, etc.). * Guarantee accuracy in the payment and recording of social benefits. * Generate financial and personnel-related cost reports. **We offer:** * Full-time employment contract. * Initial 6-month contract. * Hybrid work model. * Continuous training in Cloud (We are AWS partners). * Birthday free day. * 50% subsidized EPS health insurance.
