Ongoing training and professional development **MORTGAGE LOAN BUSINESS ADVISOR** **Location:** San Isidro – Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Position Type:** Full-time **About the Position** At **HD Headhunters**, we are currently searching for a **Business Advisor – Mortgage Loans** for one of our clients, a leading company in the financial sector. We seek a professional with a commercial orientation, negotiation skills, and a service-oriented mindset who can deliver personalized advisory services to clients interested in mortgage financing solutions, thereby contributing to portfolio growth and achievement of commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and acquire new clients through databases, referrals, and other commercial initiatives. * Provide personalized advisory services on mortgage loan products and financial solutions. * Manage and track the client portfolio using the CRM system. * Assess client needs and propose the most suitable financing option. * Request, review, and follow up on documentation required for credit evaluation. * Accompany the client throughout the entire credit evaluation and disbursement process. * Meet established commercial objectives and performance indicators. * Participate in training sessions, commercial meetings, and departmental development activities. * Comply with internal policies and procedures established by the company. Requirements Academic Qualifications * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Completed, ongoing, or incomplete studies will be considered. Required Experience * Minimum **6 months of experience** in commercial roles. * Experience in financial institutions, real estate companies, banking, municipal savings banks, finance companies, or organizations involved in mortgage lending is desirable. Knowledge * Sales and negotiation techniques. * Client prospecting and acquisition. * CRM system usage (desirable). * Basic or intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
