Collaborative work with medical and administrative teams **Clinical Laboratory Technician** **Job Objective** Correctly collect, process, and handle biological samples to ensure reliable results, safe patient care, and compliance with clinical laboratory protocols. **Main Responsibilities** **Patient Care and Sample Collection** * Collection of biological samples (blood, urine, feces, swabs, etc.). * Proper identification, labeling, and preservation of samples. * Patient guidance before and after examinations. **Sample Processing and Technical Support** * Basic sample preparation and processing according to protocols. * Operation and handling of laboratory equipment and materials. * Technical validation support for results (as assigned). **Biosafety and Control** * Strict adherence to biosafety standards. * Cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of laboratory areas and equipment. * Inventory control of supplies, reagents, and materials. **Management and Documentation** * Recording performed tests in the system / CRM / laboratory software. * Assisting in organizing clinical records and test results. * Coordination with reception, physicians, and the administrative department. **Requirements** * Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience (preferred). * Knowledge of sample collection and operation of basic laboratory equipment. * Basic computer system proficiency. * Strong interpersonal skills and responsibility toward patients. **Key Competencies** * Accuracy and attention to detail * Professional ethics * Organization * Teamwork * Empathy toward patients **Schedule** * Rotating or fixed shifts (based on facility needs). **Reports To** * Laboratory Manager / General Coordination.
