We are seeking (01) Continuous Improvement Analyst (TPM) for our administrative offices in San Isidro, with availability to travel to Ate and other locations. Responsibilities Coordinate and provide direct support for TPM implementation, working with committee leaders, plant leaders, and farm leaders. Facilitate TPM committee management, ensuring efficient meetings, compliance with standards, and closure of commitments. Ensure consolidation, traceability, and organization of meeting minutes, deliverables, and evidence related to the TPM model and its pillars; maintain updated project progress against the work plan and communicate deviations. Provide internal customers with support in using TPM tools and indicators (e.g., RCA, RCM, FMEA, 5S, MTBF, MTTR, availability, reliability, costs, among others). Coordinate with cross-functional areas (e.g., IT, Maintenance, Quality, etc.) to resolve constraints and enable program advancement. Conduct field evaluations of pilot implementations, observe application of TPM tools, and prepare conditions for replication across other plants. Consolidate and report TPM indicators, and monitor maintenance and productivity indicators. Promote staff participation in TPM activities, foster a culture of efficiency and reliability, and propose improvements to processes and the implementation model. Deliver TPM-related training on tools and techniques within production units. Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. Experience coordinating continuous improvement projects. Experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, and failure analysis. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
