Assists the growth hacker in operational matters to support digital campaigns and experimentation. How will you challenge your talent? Support, execution, and tracking of email, SMS, and WhatsApp sends for in-house media campaigns. Creation and coordination of graphic assets with the agency, and coordination for deployment of digital campaigns. Support, execution, and tracking of paid media campaigns on social networks and ads, barter arrangements, self-promotion, etc. Coordination and tracking of prize purchases, promotions, and sales incentives for digital sales, events, call centers, etc., with respective departments. Reporting on in-house or paid digital campaigns; preparation and consolidation of presentations for the department. Support for other activities required by the department. · What are we looking for? University students in their final semesters or recent graduates in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Knowledge of digital marketing. Experience in pre-professional internships. Familiarity with digital metrics and Google Analytics. Advanced-level Excel proficiency. What do we offer? Professional development opportunities.
