REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of budgeting, costing, and financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting ERP systems. Availability to work in VILLA EL SALVADOR. Main Responsibilities: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and analyses for the General Management and Board of Directors. Review monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations. Coordinate and supervise the company’s budget. Comprehensively manage the treasury cycle: Credit control and monitoring Customer credit limits Collections management Management of bank lines and banking relationships Ensure tax compliance and support production cost analysis. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury-related areas. (Mandatory) ERP knowledge and familiarity with tax procedures (deductions, withholdings, perceptions) are desirable. Experience with banking platforms: Telecrédito (BCP), Telebanking (Scotiabank), Netcash (BBVA). Experience in mass payments, promissory notes, factoring, and negotiable invoices. Experience managing ERP systems. Intermediate Excel proficiency. CONDITIONS Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
