**Process Analyst and Continuous Improvement – Industrial Engineer** A leading company in the **manufacture of HDPE pipes** and distribution of valves and fittings is seeking a **Process Analyst and Continuous Improvement** professional. **Position objective:** To optimize and standardize organizational processes, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. **Responsibilities:** * Map, document, and improve operational and administrative processes (development, implementation, analysis, and improvement) * Identify optimization opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency. * Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage client, supplier, and external entity certifications and approvals. * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards. * Coordinate external audits and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare management reports and propose improvement plans. * Train teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement. **Required profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in processes, quality, or continuous improvement. * Knowledge of ISO standards and audit management. * Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodology. **Benefits:** * Formal employment contract. * Full-time work. * Opportunity for growth within a leading company in its sector.
