Position Summary: At RIGOFIX S.A.C., we are seeking an Architect / Engineer to manage comprehensive property maintenance, including inspections, technical follow-up, and customer communication. Communication with internal and external customers At **RIGOFIX S.A.C.**, we are looking for a: **ARCHITECT / ENGINEER IN CHARGE OF MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT** **Responsibilities:** * Manage inspections, corrective and preventive maintenance for assigned properties. * Handle infrastructure-related requests and service requirements. * Oversee and supervise the technical team. * Receive and register customer requests and requirements. * Prepare reports and other deliverables. * Written and verbal communication with internal and external customers. * Personnel and activity planning. * Inventory control of spare parts, tools, and warehouse equipment. * Operational support to the technical and administrative teams. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency. * Minimum one (1) year of experience in FM / General Services roles. * Positive attitude, commitment, and eagerness to learn. * Availability to work onsite in Surquillo district and/or neighboring districts. * Optional: Class A1 driver's license. **Onsite Work:** Working Hours \-\> Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm / Saturday: 8:30 am \- 2:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: Payroll, bonuses, vacation, health insurance, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Work Location: Onsite employment
