Manage and execute agreements with financial institutions and commercial partners, building strategic alliances that strengthen the business’s competitive position. Identify gaps in the customer journey and lead improvement projects, enhancing the value proposition and customer experience. Lead digital and commercial innovation initiatives, driving profitable and scalable operations across digital channels. Oversee retail business operations holistically, developing omnichannel strategies and expansion plans into new markets. Coordinate the innovation agent network (suppliers, customers, users, and internal teams), ensuring access to key sources for project development. Manage the end-to-end innovation process, fostering an innovative culture and leading projects for acquisition and enhancement of commercial capabilities. Requirements Education and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Solid knowledge of commercial management, innovation, and process improvement. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools. Experience Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience leading commercial projects, channel development, or retail business initiatives. Desirable experience in commercial innovation, omnichannel projects, or new market development.
